Rumor Control for January 31, 2009

Is Loc Coming?
We are now getting conflicting reports about H.C. Loc's appearance at the February 21st event. First it was known that he was not coming. Then, after the word got out that Maxx Burton had signed the contract to wrestle J.P. Black, he was coming. Now, IYFW Management is stating that he has not contacted IYFW at all and will not be in attendance, counter to reports we have published that he is. Is Loc playing mind games with Burton? Is he playing with this office's head? I guess we'll have to wait til "Last Ride of the Dark Pony" to find out.

"The Final Encounter" upgrade!
We have received confirmation that the IYFW Tag Team title match between Divine Diversity and The Williams Express will now be NO DQ and No Count out. IYFW Management wanted to give total freedom to these two teams and see them hold nothing back in this match. The major stipulation, besides the title being on the line, is that who ever is pinned will be fired from the company. NOTE: this does not apply to their partner.

Vermont Women's Title Vacated!
As of January 30th, 2009, Lindsay Lynn was stripped of the title. She was recently given medical clearance after being on the injured list for some time; the VWCC (Vermont Women's Championship Committee) gave her time to recuperate. However, she has ignored any attempts by the VWCC to contact her since. The VWCC felt this was an insult and consequently took the title away from her. The VWCC had no comment accept to say they were very disappointed in this turn of events.
