Maxx "The Ax" Burton was introduced and he announced that he had been appointed Interim Commissioner of IYFW for the evening due to Joey Eastman not being there.
- Good Lord Willing beat Drake Evans after Willing planted a weapon on Evans which the referee discovered on him. Because of this, Evans was disqualified and denied his title match in the main event.
- Myzery The Barbarian made a successful debut in IYFW as he defeated Timmy A'ight with a Claw Slam.
- "Millennium Millionaire" Scott Scarsdale and Al Jihad beat The Williams Express in a non-title match when Jihad rolled up "Loverboy" Ricky Williams and put his feet on the ropes. Scarsdale and Jihad have earned a tag title shot at June 20th.
- After the match "The Axis" claimed they were done for the night and leaving. Interim Commissioner, Maxx "The Ax" Burton came out to say they weren't and had made a 3 on 2 Handicap Match for the main event. "The Axis" would face Drake Evans and a partner of his choosing, and if Drake's team won, he would get his title shot against Fronz Roddy on June 20th. Drake's partner was revealed to be Pierre "The Beast" Vachon who was sporting twop black eyes from a beatdown he received from "The Axis" in the parking lot before the show.
- "The Force from the North" Vigo beat Payne The Hellraiser in a brutal match, but Payne got the last word with a garbage can lid to Vigo's skull.
- Earl, The Green Mtn Grappler beat Viper
- The Northern Studd defeated C.J. Scott with the "Evening Ender." After the match, The Northern Studd insulted C.J. on the mic.
- Drake Evans and Pierre "The Beast" Vachon beat Good Lord Willing, Mackie Schrody and Fronz Roddy when Evans made Willing tap out to a Guillotine Choke.
IYFW will be back for "Coronation Cup '09" on Saturday June 20th at the Holiday Inn of Rutland, VT!
